The distribution of CECID is currently open source; feel free to use it for pretty much whatever you want, providing you do not hold us responsible if you are subsequently killed, fired, expelled, or raped by wild boars. We'd also be appreciative if you don't use CECID for unlawful activity and thus get us blocked by ISPs or corporations. CECID is simply a service provided for people who would like to maintain their privacy on the internet, and we would like to keep it that way.

Site looks good on anything except Microsoft Internet Explorer (which screws up our lovely transperent PNG at the top and violates way too many standards). Windows users: IE is bad! Try alternative browsers (Opera and Mozilla Firefox are two) and see what you've been missing. Site looks best on Konqueror/Opera/Mozilla, 1024x768.
